8/24: It Was a Dream

from Excess by Games Brown

/

about

If "It Wasn't a Dream" opens a portal, this track closes it. This is the sound of finally realizing that everything is copacetic... that you aren't guilty of any crimes against humanity, that there is no monster, etc. etc. etc. But there's always that lingering feeling of guilt. How could you even imagine such a thing? Are you responsible for your dreams? Berenstain? Berenstein? Is ANYTHING really real?

I mean... yeah. Everything's real. It was always Berenstain.

Food for thought, though.
